Payment Options
All our prices all in Singapore (SGD) dollars.
We accept credit cards, payment transfer (for Singapore only) and Paypal. The following credit cards are accepted.

We are sorry, but we do not accept cash, money orders nor personal checks.

Bank Transfer
We would only reserve the ordered items for 2 working days, after which the order would be canceled if the payment by bank transferred is not received.

Item Availability
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via SMS (for Singapore only) or email that your order or part of an order is/are canceled. However we maintain our site regularly and try to avoid the shortage of stocks.

Coupon Codes
If you have a coupon code, enter it when you process checkout and click ‘Apply’ then the discount will be applied.

Minimum & Maximum Purchase
There is no minimum order required.

1. FREE Delivery for purchase in Singapore using Normal Mail OR
2. Additional $2.50 for Registered Mail*
- International delivery
Items delivered to different country is base on the total weight of the parcel and will be calculated automatically.

Delivery Time Frame
For local purchase, the items should be received within 3-5 working days for Normal Mail or Registered Mail, upon received payment.
For overseas purchase, the delivery time frame would vary depending on the location, our customer service would provide the Tracking Number upon delivering the ordered items.
Unfortunately, we do not insured for the loss of items for Normal Mail delivery.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Friday after 3pm will be shipped on following Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Please add packing time to your delivery estimate time.
Also, please add more time for the international delivery for the custom process.

*Registered Mail
We encouraged our customers to opt for Registered Mail option.
As the Registered Mail order is insured until someone signs for delivery.
This will make your online shopping experience safe, reliable and worry-free.
We make every effort to ensure that products are delivered within the specified time frame.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Public holidays) only.
Orders will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 12pm (UTC+8 hours).

Wrong Address
We would not be responsible for orders that are shipped with wrong address that is provided.
Customers are encouraged to check that the shipping address are correct before confirming the order.
For return order items with wrong address, customer would have to pay for additional handling and shipping charges for the items to be delivered again.
